Introducing Our Government: Oligarchy
Greetings N.O.D,
It is your leader Pain here and I’m going to talk about the government. As of now since I joined N.O.D and made us great the leadership around here has not been defined as anything but leadership. The rights of the leaders and the troops have not been defined but I will define them now. The power in our government will go to me, Soda, and Mind. These are the only people that will be making decisions around here no one else. There will be no voting “why?” you may ask I will tell you. Only experienced leaders with the knowledge of Club Penguin armies are capable of making decisions that will result in the army rising. This is why I have chosen our government to be an oligarchy. This means that all of the power is equally shared among a few people in this case as previously said it is me, Soda, and Mind. Together we will make all of the decisions for N.O.D and this will cause us to rise because nothing will hold us back. This government is the most efficient and obviously because I have caused this army to rise to where it is now I know what we must do to continue. Here is a little speech my soldiers.
The Power:
At first when I met Soda it was at the swat chat to me back then he was nothing but another face in the crowd. Little did I know I would be leading the best army I have ever led with him. When I first discovered N.O.D it was perhaps the weakest and most pathetic army that was even alive in Club Penguin Warfare. I joined N.O.D as a leader and in a mere week I made it the number one small army and even the cppa 9th medium army. So tell me my friends, my troops, my soldiers, my family! Should I not be the supreme commander of the armed forces? Should I not be the supreme leader of this army? Should I not be able to decide for the army as I have been? Allowing voting for troops that don’t know about Club Penguin warfare is a fools move and this is why our government is oligarchy because only me, Soda, and Mind are capable of making decisions around here. This is what will keep us on a rise.

We Declare War On My Former Army
Yet again we are at war with Desert Troops. They created a third generation, 5 days after the merge. Well, that isnt why I declare war. This is why.
Battle Of Ice Box, Forts
Well the battle of Ice Box is coming. More then 5 armies will be there here are the times. It will be very good practice for us. And SF will be there. Here are the times and day
Day- Friday
Times- 3:00 est, 2:00 CST, 1:00 mst, 12:00 pst
Server- Ice Box, Forts (at first we will meet up at the stadium to see how many soldiers we have.

If There’s A Three Way Battle
Well if theres ever a regular battle happening, should we get into the middle of it just for fun. It will do us good practice, but we will be going on server Ice Box on weekends and Fridays because there’s going to be a lot of wars there all day long. Ice Box is going to be like Mammoth. So on Fridays when we get home from school go on server Ice Box, Forts for practice. There should be like 5 armies there. ABD go on Ice Box on Saturdays and Sibdays at 12:00-4:00 if you can. Comment if you think its a good idea. Sorry for not bold and that stuff it’s not letting me do it.

Well, today we were not really number 1 worthy, we were about number three worthy. This was my first lead, and I have to say, you guys didnt listen to tactics with me as well as you do with Pain and Sodaboy. You better start. We maxed about 6.

Chat Recruit
Well we will be going chat recruiting on the Nacho and ACP chat, or any other large chat size army. Tell them that we are number 1 in smac top ten and were now a medium army. If we do that we will get a lot more receuits and be medium top ten in no time. If we get 20 or 25+ at event we will be a major army or medium number 1 spot. Were gonna start going up against stringer armies so chat recruit everyday. Give them the site link and the chat link for nod only. Soon we are gonna have a practice battle with UMA, so chat recruit. Tell the people to comment on the join comment and add them on day to get them to come to events when we have them.
